3. Pricing & Payment

- Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
4. Delivery of Digital Services
- Readings are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically 1–3 hours, but may be longer during high-volume periods).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address.
If you do not receive your reading, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Goods Law)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital services once the service has begun, with the customer’s consent.
By placing an order, you agree to:
✔ Immediate start of service delivery
✔ Loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal once work begins

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if:
- The service was not delivered
- The email address was correct and you contacted us within a reasonable timeframe
Refunds cannot be issued based on:
- Dissatisfaction with the interpretation
- Disagreement with outcomes
- Change of mind after the reading has been created
